Bouquet with your own hands: the rules for making a beautiful composition (master-class with photo examples)

Hello all! From the first moment when I started doing weddings I discovered Bouquetio, and thank God I did, because the perception of weddings of this professional team is in tune with my own.

Delight was boundless when my name appeared on the list of authors of this blog. And finally, after leaving everything behind, I am writing here.

My article is, of course, dedicated to weddings, where without them, and more specifically bridesmaids, and more specifically accessories of bridesmaids.

Actually it is a Western tradition, as well as the tradition of the bridesmaids, but beautiful, and if beautiful, you should definitely think - where all this can be applied.

When I watched Hollywood movies about teenagers, I saw a prom in almost every such movie. A girl is invited by a boy in love, walks in on her before the prom, and Ah! with shaking hands, gives her a box. I thought it was a flower. Well, here's a simple flower, we used to sell orchids in boxes. But no! Everything turned out to be much more elegant. There is a tradition of graduation, and a young man invited her classmate to graduation presents her, here the opinions differ someone translates it as a boutonniere, someone as a corsage for the wrist, but in fact - this is a bracelet with fresh flowers. Cute? Charming!

Back to the wedding and bridesmaids accessories, what does the prom have to do with it you ask, and I'll answer, why not make such a bracelet of flowers for bridesmaids?

Bracelet with flowers - This is an alternative to the bouquet of girlfriends, which has undeniable advantages, the girls' hands are free, suddenly in the process will need something to correct the bride, remove a curl or take the glass with champagne, hug finally! And you can also use your girlfriends' free hands for other accessories.

Such a bracelet made of flowers will cost less than a bouquet, which also speaks in its favor - after all, a wedding is not a cheap event. Bridesmaids can have bracelets of the same kind, and the bride has a more chic. Original! Elegant! Elegant!

These bracelets can be made with absolutely different materials: rhinestones, beads, feathers, braid. The corsage can be a single flower, or can be a mini bouquet. Flowers can be alive or silk. The corsage can be attached to a finished bracelet, ribbon or lace. All in your hands, wherever your imagination takes you.

You can order a corsage, or you can make it yourself.

A simple bouquet of daisies

To make such a bouquet it is necessary to prepare large garden daisies and field daisies, as well as some decorative greenery. Also need the floral film and ribbon.

A step by step plan on how to properly make a bouquet of daisies with your own hands:

  1. Take 5 large gardens of daisies and group them together.
  2. Place the sprigs of field daisies around the garden ones.
  3. Place a thin layer of decorative grass around the field chamomile.
  4. Fasten the bouquet with floral ribbon.
  5. Wrap floral cling film around the bouquet and secure it with ribbon.

If desired, instead of the floral film you can use paper or netting, a bag for flowers.

Bracelet of flowers with their own hands (the first master class)

To make a bracelet from flowers with their own hands, we will need:

  1. Flowers of your choice
  2. Pliers
  3. Wire (one coil of thick, one of thin)
  4. Tape
  5. Scissors
  6. Satin ribbon. (1 cm wide)
  7. Heat gun

Step 1

We cut a thick wire to the width of the wrist and, using pliers, round off its ends, then give the wire a rounded shape of the wrist and wrap the tape. This will be the base of the bracelet, the bracelet itself.

Step 2

Then we prepare the flower. Take a thin wire, bend it in a loop so that it can be passed through the bud to the center of the stem.

Step 3.

Leave about 7cm of wire around the bud, cut off the rest and twist the wire. Wrap the wire with tape.

Step 4.

The flower is ready. If we use several flowers let's twist their stems - wires between each other. Now connect to the base: holding the bud with one hand, with the other hand rotate it forcefully around the base of the bracelet.

Step 5.

Now decorate the base of the bracelet with satin ribbon, wrapping it around the bracelet. Where needed, you can drip some hot melt glue.

Enjoy the result!

  2. In the center of the circle stick a skewer and put a cherry on it.
  3. Around the central cherry in the same way to make a layer.
  4. By repeating the layers, fill in the whole cardboard circle, and use scotch tape to fix the skewers, so that the shape of the bouquet is found.
  5. In places where there are glimpses of cardboard make holes with an awl, and gently put cherry leaves into them.
  6. Wrap the blank with floral paper, then a layer of mesh, fix with ribbon.

Sweet bouquet of marshmallows and marmalade

How to make a wedding bracelet out of fresh flowers with your own hands (the second master class)

To make a bracelet from fresh flowers you will need:

  1. Flowers of your choice
  2. Pliers
  3. Fine wire
  4. Tape
  5. Scissors
  6. Wide satin ribbon, about a meter long (depending on how big a bow you want to get in the end)
  7. Heat gun

The first steps of this method are very similar to method 1.

Step 1

Choose fresh flowers for the bracelet. It is preferable to use three flowers to decorate your wrist, although if you want to be fashionable and modern will do one large and bright flower!

Step 2

Just like in the first method, we pierce the buds with a wire loop.

Step 3

If we use several flowers in a bracelet, form them into small bouquets and twist the wire together. The wire should be wrapped with tape.

Step 4

A fundamental difference from the previous master class! We take a wide satin ribbon, make a hole in it, put the flower stems through the hole and fix them to the ribbon with hot-melt glue. We wait until it dries and close the place of attachment with a piece of tape, also with a heat gun.

We take the bracelet and tie a beautiful bow on the wrist, voila la you - beautiful!

Bouquet of candy hearts

The heart is a great way to make a bouquet for a loved one on any occasion. Very original and interesting look a bouquet of flowers and candy in the form of a heart.

To create the bouquet you should prepare:

  • Chocolate candy in a red wrapper;
  • Toothpicks;
  • Red roses;
  • Floral sponge;
  • A stationery knife;
  • Floristic foil;
  • Red corrugated paper;
  • Glue gun and glue sticks to it;
  • Scissors.

Step-by-step plan of action:

  1. From floral sponge, cut out a heart of desired size and soak well with cold water.
  2. String candies on toothpicks.
  3. Cut the roses to a length that is 3-4 cm above the sponge.
  4. Wrap the floral sponge blank with cling film and tape it securely in place.
  5. Stick roses around the perimeter of the heart, so there is no gap between them.
  6. Fill all the empty space of the heart with candy on toothpicks.
  7. Wrap the bouquet with corrugated paper and fix with hot glue.

If you want, you can complement the bouquet with a decorative ribbon, stones, a card, decorative greenery.

Flower bracelet on the hand (third master class)

To make a floral bracelet with your own hands you will need:

  1. Flowers of your choice
  2. Tape
  3. Scissors
  4. Special attachment for corsage

About the special fastener, I tried and I was able to make a buckle from a plastic bottle with a knife marker and hole punch, the bottle is very well rounded, the marker then erased with alcohol, and you can pull through the buckle an ordinary ribbon, or sew two tapes together and put a thin wire inside for flexibility.

Step 1

Let's start by preparing the flowers, as in MKs 1 and 2. Let's take a rose and cut the stem at a distance of about 1 cm from the bud. Here comes the difference from the previous master classes, the bud do not pierce the top, the wire passes through the stem crosswise and immediately wrapped with paper tape.

Step 2

We need leaves to decorate the flower bracelet. Make a small stitch with the wire just above the middle of the leaf, run the wire down the leaf and twist at the stem. Wrap the tape around it.

Step 3

Cluster small flowers in small bouquets, fix them with wire and again with getpee tape!

Step 4

We form a flower bracelet and wrap the getpee tape around it.

Step 5

Attach the bracelet to the buckle by pulling through the round holes and twisting the wire on the outside. Give the bracelet the shape you want, this is easy to do thanks to the flexible wire. You can add flowers and feathers to the bracelet, also trimmed with wire and tape.

Step 6

Pull the ribbon through the buckle. The flower bracelet is ready!

Here are three ways to make a floral corsage for the bridesmaids and the birthday girl herself. See how beautifully it can be beaten up sometimes with the simplest flowers!
